WHAT can be returned? We accept returns on online purchases made. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless you are exchanging an item or received a damaged/incorrect item.

HOW do customers exchange items? Contact Lucky Monkey at luckymonkey@luckymonkey.com to receive via email a return shipping label. Attach the return shipping label to the front of the original packaging. Ship the returned item(s) with the packing slip.
